Service now developer IDB Junior, junior adv, Semi-senior, Semi-senior adv, America timezone $3,200 English: B2 | Medium +, C1 | Advanced - Duration: 12 Dedication: Both Vacancies: 1 Project description ServiceNow support & development Main tasks We are looking for a skilled and motivated AMS Support Developer to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team, supporting and enhancing our ServiceNow platform and other critical banking applications. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with your problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions, automate processes, and ensure the stability and performance of our IT services. Required skills Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows / flows to meet business requirements. Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support for ServiceNow and integrated banking applications, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues. Design and implement automation scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Flow Designer. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, core modules, data model, and best practices for development and administration. Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and other developers to design solutions, and deliver enhancements. Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.) and develop new modules as needed. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scoped applications within ServiceNow. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desired skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
