workday lead engineer Dick's Sporting Goods (no decir) Architect, software designer, Latam English: B2 | Medium +, C1 | Advanced - Duration. 27 Dedication: Both Vacancies: 1 Project description Globant is building a Workday practice for Dick's Sporting Goods around a live, multi-module Workday tenant. This is a long-term engagement focused on ongoing support, enhancements, integrations, release management and roadmap initiatives rather than a net-new implementation. The Workday Lead Engineer will own the technical architecture of the tenant, with a strong focus on integrations, security, APIs, data and technical release impact. Main tasks "- Own the Workday integration landscape, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio integrations and REST/SOAP API consumers. - Design and review integration solutions and define coding, error-handling, logging and documentation standards. - Own tenant security architecture, including domain and Business Process Security, ISUs/ISSGs and integration security. - Lead technical impact analysis and regression for Workday releases and API version changes. - Drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes for production integration incidents. - Architect Workday Extend, Prism or reporting solutions where in scope. - Drive engineering standards and AI-assisted engineering practices. - Mentor Senior and Mid-level Engineers and perform technical design/code reviews." Required skills "5+ years hands-on Workday Integration experience in live tenants – CRITICAL, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services and REST APIs. 7+ years of enterprise integration experience. Strong XML/XSLT. At least one general-purpose programming language such as Java or Python. Deep understanding of Workday Security and its interaction with integrations and reporting. Experience integrating Workday with payroll providers, benefits carriers, identity (SSO/SCIM), ERP/Finance and time systems. Experience leading technical teams and performing design/code reviews. Advanced English, with the ability to lead architecture discussions with US client architects."
