# SAP HR Mexican Payroll Lead Consultant ## Job Description We are looking for an experienced **SAP HR Mexican Payroll Lead Consultant** to support a new SAP HR Mexican Payroll implementation. This is a full-time, 10-month contract opportunity for a senior consultant with extensive expertise in SAP HCM Mexican Payroll and a proven ability to lead implementation projects. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation of SAP HR Mexican Payroll. - Provide functional expertise in SAP HCM Mexican Payroll throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into SAP payroll solutions. - Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. - Ensure payroll processes comply with Mexican payroll legislation and statutory requirements. - Collaborate with HR, payroll, technical teams, and business stakeholders. - Support payroll validation, issue resolution, and go-live activities. - Provide guidance and leadership to project team members and stakeholders. ### Required Experience and Skills - **10–15+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Mexican Payroll experience.** - Extensive experience leading SAP HR Mexican Payroll implementations. - Strong functional knowledge of Mexican payroll processes, statutory requirements, and local legislation. - Proven experience in SAP payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation. - Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive implementation activities. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a senior lead consultant capacity. ### Contract Details - **Duration:** 10 months - **Commitment:** Full-time - **Project:** New SAP HR Mexican Payroll implementation - **Role:** Lead Consultant - **Rate:** Competitive, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
