Job Description Procurement Analyst Resource will be hosted in México. Fluent English, written and spoken. Main Activities / Responsibilities: • Provide Support to IS/IT (Information System/Information Technology) department management • Latin America IS department Opex and Capex Financial planning and forecasting. • Coordinate IS department procurement activities • Prepare purchase requisitions and contracts for management approval. • Process new hires/contractors to ensure all paperwork is complete. • Support consultant onboarding and roll-off activities • Track consultant’s time sheets and vendor invoices • Process invoices in accordance with company procedures and coding. • Provide support for IS month end accruals and reclasses. • Reconcile accruals with invoices. • Contact Vendors to resolve invoice discrepancy issues. • Provide support for month end and other reporting.
