About the project & role
The role Position Overview The SAP SD Functional Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Order-to-Cash processes through both AMS services and project-based initiatives. This role ensures efficient sales operations, customer satisfaction, and continuous business process improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 and L3 support for SAP SD processes and transactions. Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests. Deliver enhancements and optimization initiatives through the project pipeline. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and support sales, shipping, billing, pricing, and customer management processes. Perform impact assessments and solution design activities. Coordinate testing and user validation activities. Support integrations with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and CRM systems. Develop functional specifications for interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements. Participate in governance meetings and continuous improvement reviews. Ensure compliance with business policies and service level commitments. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and support. Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and customer master data. AMS support experience in SLA-driven environments. Knowledge of integrations with MM, FI, PP, and logistics modules. Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA experience. Pharmaceutical industry experience. Experience supporting global or multi-site SAP environments.
